At no time does the FCGM-MToW knowingly collect data from children and should this occur without our knowledge or consent, upon learning that the FCGM-MToW has unknowingly received personal data from a child, we will remove this information from the FCGM-MToW database.

If you choose to give the FCGM-MToW personal information for any purpose, including, but not limited to those listed above, this information may be retained by the FCGM-MToW and used by the FCGM-MToW to support your customer relationship with us. We will not add you to a mailing list, or newsletter without your registration for this service. However, the FCGM-MToW WILL NOT share, rent, or sell any personally identifying information provided through any of the FCGM-MToW (such as your name or email address) to any outside organization for use in its marketing or solicitations.

Although, from time to time, both FCGM and the FCGM-MToW may use agents or contractors who will have access to your personal information to perform services for the FCGM-MToW, (such as DATABASE MAINTENANCE), they are required by us to keep the information confidential and may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services contracted by FCGM and/or the FCGM-MToW.

In addition, both FCGM, and the FCGM-MToW, may also share aggregate information about its website visitors with third parties. FCGM-MToW On-line Store (Future Use)

At this time, FCGM is considering plans to setup an online store in order that the FCGM-MToW may easily store and provide for easy locating, ordering or downloading, materials and publications, whether free or for purchase. In either case, FCGM and the FCGM-MToW, are working on a plan designed to give you options concerning the privacy of your identifying information.

Upon completion, if you choose, you may set up an account. This will allow you to have a customized order page for express ordering and to view your purchasing history.

To protect your privacy, the FCGM-MToW is investigating methods to verify your identity before granting you access or enabling you to make corrections in an account. You will always have access to this account information and can view it, update it or correct it at any time. To access your information, you will need to use a password.

When ordering materials or other items through the FCGM-MToW, the order form will also ask you to provide a daytime telephone number. However, the telephone number is only used to quickly resolve questions relative to an order, such as to clarify customer email addresses that are inactive, or entered  incorrectly.

Credit Card Security

FCGM is aware that visitors are concerned about credit card security when called upon to submit such information, whether for donation or purchase. Therefore, the FCGM-MToW will, whenever possible, use any one of the prominent funds transfer agencies, such as PayPal to collect and process such monetary transfers.

By using a funds transfer agency, such as PayPal, your personal credit card information will not be available to the FCGM-MToW.
